Contributions or gifts to Take America Back Now are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Donations made through this Site are contributions to Take America Back, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. By making a donation, you confirm that you are making the contribution voluntarily and with your own funds.

5. Merchandise & Purchases

Certain products may be available for purchase through the Site. All purchases are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
